Welcome to Innovate-A-Thon

A force multiplier for meaningful innovation and experiential education Powered by Education2Success.org, Innovate-A-Thon is a nonprofit, dedicate to advancing an innovation workforce while addressing problems of society, environment, and economy.

We bring university students, from a wide range of fields of study, together with members of industry, practitioners, and philanthropists to focus on specific problems in a series of three week “innovation sprints”. Within these sprints, students create technically and economically viable solutions to challenges presented by industry and community.

There is no limit to the type of problems—Advanced recycling and sustainability, pedestrian safety, closed loop agriculture, water reclamation, and prosthetics for developing regions are among those we are currently focusing on. We welcome recommendations for topics!

Join Innovate-A-Thon

Students from any U.S. university are eligible to apply, either through Handshake, or directly to IAT staff.

All participating students receive a scholarship, engage directly with subject matter experts and mentors—growing their networks and gain exposure to potential employers, and gain confidence and courage to innovate.

Members of industry and community see talented, innovative, students in live action and gain solutions to key problems.
