How We’re Different
Our Talent Meet & Greets combine the best aspects of virtual career fairs while eliminating their challenges. Unlike traditional open career fairs where students may not meet your recruitment needs, or placement services that charge high fees for prescreened candidates, our approach is designed to give you direct access to the most promising talent.
Here’s How it Works:
Recruiting companies provide details about the university candidates they’re seeking.
IAT recruits from over 830 U.S. universities to identify the best candidates.
We prescreen applicants and schedule the top talent for a one-day, virtual Meet & Greet.
During the event, companies have access to a general session, private tables, and 1:1 spaces via our Remo platform.

Our nonprofit status
Innovate-A-thon is a non profit organization, including our stellar innovation sprints, and this new approach to innovation recruitment and career programing. All proceeds from the Innovation Talent Recruitment and Career Fairs directly benefit Innovate-A-thons, which engage students from universities across the country with industry and organizations to solve problems of society, environment, and economy.
