How It Works?
As sponsors, large, small, and startup companies share their biomed innovation recruiting goals with IAT.
IAT specifically recruits and prescreens college students appropriate to recruiters’ goals
Students are recruited through Handshake (we have postings at 830+ universities), all of whom are prescreened to ensure fit with recruiter goals.
IAT hosts a one-day, focused, recruitment session, in which companies are able to share general session messaging and conduct group, and one-on-one interviews with candidates.

Innovate-A-thon is committed to engaging innovation talent with companies that are seeking to grow their innovation outlook!
Learn more about Innovate-A-thon at www.iat1.org. IAT matches students from across the country with problem statements that impact society, environment, and economy. This occurs through focused, three week sprints in which 12-15 students participate in teams of 3-5 to create technically and economically viable solutions. Past examples include regenerate agriculture optimization, low cost prosthetics for developing regions, and advanced recycling. Innovate-A-thon is a nonprofit organization. There is no cost to universities or students to participate. All costs, including student scholarships, are funded through donations, sponsorships, and grants. All sponsorships go directly to IAT sprint costs.
