BREAK THE INNOVATE-A-THON TIE!

Each quarter Innovate-A-thon initiates a nationwide, nomination and vote process for topics of Innovate-A-thons (a three week sprint process to asses and advance innovation topics for the benefit of society, environment, and economy).

Our Fall 2024 vote resulted in Advanced Recycling and Innovation.

Our spring 2025 nomination and vote process generated the following topics:

  • Custom 3D printed footwear

  • Nuclear waste reuse

  • Lithium-Ion Battery recycling

  • Urban Pedestrian Safety

  • Closed Loop Agriculture

  • Robotic Automation @ IA guardrails

  • Fast Fashion & Sustainability

The winner, with 28% of the vote is Fast Fashion & Sustainability. However, among the remaining five topics, we had a solid 14.3% tie.

Innovate-A-thon will host the Fast Fashion & Sustainability Innovate-A-thon, but we really want to break this six way tie! For the second place topic, we will organize an Innovate-A-thon.

Please cast your vote! Be a part of the change!

Innovate-A-thons are a program of nonprofit Education2Success.org. If you are interested in an Innovate-A-thon topic, or interested in financial or mentoring support for Innovate-A-thon teams, please reach out to us at info@IAT1.org. We will be delighted to hear from you.

We have supported more than 60 students from multiple universities to participate in three week innovation sprints. Every student receives a modest scholarship, and create meaningful relationships with potential employers. Moreover—every student experiences the innovation process and advances their comfort and confidence in innovative thought and action—through solving real world problems.

Ed2s and IAT are nonprofit organizations committed to advancing an innovation workforce.  All funds from Talent Meet & Greets benefit IAT innovation sprints and participating student scholarships.
