January was an amazing start to the year for us, with the successful completion of the Recycling and Sustainability IAT. But the year is just getting started, and so are we! February is shaping up to be another exciting month for students eager to participate in our IAT program. We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for those passionate about regenerative agriculture and innovation. On February 18th, we’ll kick off our Bayer Regenerative Agriculture IAT, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead. Plus, on February 27th, we’ll be hosting an in-person info session at Boise State to dive deeper into the program and share even more opportunities for those passionate about sustainable agriculture. We can’t wait to see you there!
Bayer Regenerative Agriculture IAT

The Bayer Regenerative Agriculture IAT program is one of our first exclusive partnerships, an initiative designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to drive sustainable practices in agriculture. Students will have the opportunity to create innovative, technically and economically viable solutions to increase effectiveness and efficiency in regenerative agriculture.
Starting on February 18, this three-week spring program combines learning with hands-on experience, focusing on soil health, supply chain optimization, crop management, and sustainable farming techniques that prioritize the environment. It’s an incredible opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in regenerative agriculture and create positive change in our food systems.
The Bayer Regenerative Agriculture IAT program officially kicks off on February 18, 2025, and the deadline for student applications is February 13, 2025. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be a part of something transformative.
